7. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
8. Super Jewel Box (UK) Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.
9. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform superjewelbox.co.uk as soon as possible
10. You undertake that all details you provide to Super Jewel Box (UK) Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that The debit or credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
11. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
12. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking on the ‘remove’ link next to the product ordered on your basket page on the website. Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods or services. We accept cancellations by email to enquiries@superjewelbox.co.uk or a letter (see the ‘contact us’ page for address). You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive the product by:
12.1 Sending the notice of cancellation by email enquiries@ superjewelbox.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number and details.
12.2 Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to
Super Jewel Box Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk unopened together with the original invoice within 14 working days from the date that you received the goods. Super Jewel Box (UK) Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk will then refund you the purchase price of the goods within 14 days of your receipt of your cancellation. Where appropriate Super Jewel Box (UK) Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk shall refund any additional customs duties occurred by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt.
12.3 We reserve the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
12.4 If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as advised above. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and processed your payment. Orders that cannot be cancelled (e.g. orders already dispatched) will be subject to our Terms and Conditions relating to Refunds. Accordingly, delivery charges may not be refundable.

Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. 22. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments, or held until the complete order can be fulfilled and dispatched and your order signifies your acknowledgement and acceptance of the term.
23. Legal right to any product ordered will pass to you once Super Jewel Box (UK) Ltd trading as superjewelbox.co.uk has received payment in full for that product.
24. If your delivery address is outside of United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be supported by you. 29. For Christmas Deliveries we recommend that you order by the 1st December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'In stock' orders within 10 working days, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area
